Default will 18x9/19x10 C6 wheels fit on a 2001 trans am

18x9 265/50/18 , 19x10 295/45/19. will this set up go on a 2001 trans am convertible? will i have to do any modification?

I heard they will, but you will have to beat in the inner fender well on the rear so they won't rub.

Those are some tall tires. what were they off of? I dont think they'll fit.

now thats a tall tire, talk about the car getting slower when you put those on!! get the rims and buy different tires

Hey man on the rear I would go 295/30/19 and front go 265/40/18 I am pretty sure that is to tall of tire for your rear.

hey thats the size the guy gave me. he said there off a 07 convertible vette. maybe he got the size wrong

those are prob the right size for vettes... but vettes need "taller" tires then fbodys.

Those arent even the right sizes for a vette. I would double check on those sizes.

you need adaptors for the rear 1.25". I believe 285/35 19 are the vette size

Yeah they fit. you can use either a 1.25" or 1" adapter for the rear, depending on how wide you like the rears to sit. they are about $60 shipped on ebay.

I have 17x8.5 on front and 18x9.5 on the back.... I had to "modify" some sheet metal to get them not to rub...
