Jegs/Summit/Cragar star wheels
Does anyone currently have or had the Summit, Jegs, or Cragar version of the pro star?
How much do they weigh?
How much grinding is needed compared to the weld pro star?
Input is appreciated.

I just got the skinnies in last night. I had the rears last season and ran a 275/50 MT on them, but I'm having them pulled tonight and I'm going to run a 28" on them next season.
I'm debating whether or not I want to have the center section/spokes powdercoated gunmetal gray or black. I won't have them on the car for a few months because it will be down for a single turbo swap until february/march. If you're still looking then I can post pics. They do fit nicely though (at least in the rear). They were just barely inside the fender lip on the rears with the 275s, but they were probably pooching out a little on the 8" wide rim.

I have a few pages of the fronts mounted but not the rears on the car though because I got the rears at the end of the season and didn't bother getting the tires mounted. Check this pages 2-5 Pics of them are spread throughout there. Basically they look identical to Prostars except the spokes are a tiny bit fatter.

This is the summit wheels on the back, minus the center caps 15x8s with 275/50/15 MT radials...
Heres the jegs star fronts 15x4s with the real weld prostar 15x10 rears...
I know theres also a sunset orange t/a on the site that has the summit wheels all around and it looks real good. I searched and couldn't find it though, so good luck!

hey jetlag, your car looks good in those pics, so i would be better off going with the summitt wheels instead of the jegs since summitt offers the 5.5BS, they both look bout the same to me and the same price

Also, I don't know about Jegs, but Summit only charges $10 for handling fees...free shipping. So the total will be $430 and some change.
