Default Storing my TA: What psi in 315/275 Nitto 555R's?

I've got the WS6 covered up in the garage for the winter....last year i kept about 40-45 psi in my stock tires. What should I keep in the Nitto's?? I wasnt sure if it would be the same or what....thanks! Also, any other little things that you guys do to your cars to keep them for the winter?? I put Stabil in but thats about it. Thanks fellas.

I'd fill them up to the max PSI, which according to their site, is 44 PSI.

Hope this helps.

The best thing you could do is put the car up on jackstands at all four corners, assuming your worried about flatspotting the tires. If you rather not do that, then I guess just max them out on PSI.

Radials today don't flat spot as bad as they used to, that would put more strain on all the suspension than I would like it to. I say fill them to 40-42 PSI, especially if its cold right now, no more than 40. Once it gets warmer you don't want the pressure going up above max.

I would jack the car up, so the concrete doesn't wick the oils out of the tires.

I have the car parked on rubber mats so would that prevent this?? (honestly, ive never heard of that happening) I kinda agree with 'Trust' in that I hate to have the car on jackstands for 5 or 6 months and putting stress on the suspension. I think I might just put 40 lbs in the tires and check them regularly....thanks guys!

That is definitely what I would do, unless you're storing it a long way from where you live I would take it around the block every month or so if you are worried about flat-spotting, but I doubt it will happen.

Or if you want to spend a little money just buy a used set of really crappy wheels / tires for the car, and throw them on. That's what we've done for a few of our cars for the winter.

Hell if you look hard enough, you can find people giving old wheels / tires away...
