You would have to patch the slick from the inside.
I have had buddies who ran tubes after that happened.
I've heard of folks patching slicks but I have never done it.

I had a nail in my ET Streets.. I had the local shop patch it from the inside.. They used a heavy duty glue and I had no problems from the tire until I wore it down to the cords.. No tubes used.

my friend just put tubes into the ET-streets after one got a hole, it worked fine. PS if some Freak thing happens and your tire blows at 100mph and you die a horrible death don't sned your family after me or haunt my dreams! I just saw FvsJ so thats on my mind

A patch is stronger than the tire itself if applied right. I ran mine low 12's/11's with no problem after being patched.. If you are scared to do so, get a tube, if not patch it and ride out....
