draglites/tire sizes??
draglites/tire sizes?? i am thinking about getting a 15" set of draglites and need some size info.
i dont want to majorly skinny it out, id like to run a maybe a 215ish width front tire and pretty much as big as possible in the rear without issues. i just raised the car back up to stock height so my rear clearance should be a little better. what size front/back wheels would i need and what tires would fit without issues? also what backspacing for the fronts and rears? thanks in advance!

325/50 WOW thats a big tire. i figured for the taller squishier tire maybe 295 tops without issues. i see alot of peep running a 185 front, seems like that would be tolerable. i think too skinny in the front is harder to drive and feel in control and unless its a drag car it looks kinda funny on the street some little tiny front tire lol.
Sounds like you would want to run a 15x5 on the front and do a 8 or 10 on the rear with either 275 50 15 or 275 60 15. I could be wrong but i think anything bigger than that you need to modify the inner fender.
well its like it jumps from 275 to 325 (which is the stupidest thing ever) and the 325s cause issues on half the peoples cars. BUT the 275 is narrow and weak looking haha. so basically either one sucks. and i keep reading that to get welds on the front you have to grind your caliper???? maybe i wont get 15s lol.
which ones? i'm thinking of going for the 15s myself. i know the billet specialties are out with a rear that fits with no mods but no news about a front wheel.
