Default 15x10 Prostars wont fit.

After doing all the grinding I can, the rears still wont fit. Theres nothing left to take off and I dont know what the ****** deal is. Anyone ever heard of these wheels not fitting at all. Drag brakes it is I guess....

How far and to what angle did you grind them. You not only have to grind the calipers but the caliper brackets as well.

you should take pics for us to see. what i did was put grease on the inside of the rim and try and put them on, so where it is hitting it will leave a grease spot then grind the **** outta it. oh and also spacers will help. i didnt use any but thats an option. spacers = less grinding.

Yeah I put some paint on the caliper and then set the rim to see where it was hitting. It hits almost the entire outside radius of the caliper. What Im saying is the is nothing left to grind Ive already got a small hole where Its to thin and the rest is almost the same way. Theres nothin left.

What about a spacer? I did the spacer and it really helped on the amount of grinding needed.

I had the same problem that you are describing. I finally found out the the rim was bent. I used 1 rim for my fitment rim, and then I got all of the tires mounted. I go to put it on, and it just grinds like crazy. I actually put a huge gouge on the inside of the rim. I got a replacement rim sent to me, and the same thing happened on that one. I send my whole order back for a refund. I will either get the Bogarts or teh Greg Welds when they get that figured out.

Ive got some spacers im going to try tomorrow if that doesnt work Ill figure something else out. This was more of just a way to vent. Its another thing to add to the list of "Well that didnt work", that I have been adding to on this whole build.

I feel you.

I actually have a wheel that won't fit on the driver's side after grinding. But it will fit on the passenger side. So....directional wheels.

When you think that you have ground down enough....you are half way there.

I ground the shiat out of my calipers to get my Prostars to fit. I still ran a 1/8" 3rd Gen Camaro spacer just to push the rear wheels out a tad.
