Time for a change... Narrowed to three choices, photoshop help and opinions wanted!
Well, after adding the splitter to the front of my car I feel the stock Z06's just don't do it for me as much anymore.
Here's a current pic:
I am considering just powder coating the rims in a charcoal grey/satin black similar to my crappy photoshop here:
but was also considering a gloss black powder coat like Mike has:
Or just get new rims all together since I really think the car needs something with a nice lip to it now...
If I go with new rims, I will either go Salt Flats...
Old photoshop...
Or the Ruff 278's in chrome (so that the lip would be chrome and I could powder coat the spokes in satin, charcoal or gloss black later)...
Here they are looking awesome on a member's car...
So, if there is anyone on here who is REALLY BORED and wouldn't mind taking my "current pic" (first one) and photo shopping the following options:
Charcoal Z06's
Satin Black Z06's
Gloss Black Z06's
Salt Flat Rims
Salt Flat Rims w/Satin Black Center
Salt Flat Rims w/Charcoal Center
Salt Flat Rims w/Gloss Black center
Ruff 278 Rims
Ruff 278 Rims w/Satin Black Center
Ruff 278 Rims w/Charcoal Center
Ruff 278 Rims w/Gloss Black Center
Whomever is bored/nice enough to "professionally" (in other words a decent job of it) do this for me I will offer a splitter at a discounted rate to (I just sent official sponsor payment out, will post my website in here as soon as I am activated) if he/she wants.
Then I'll take the pics and make a new thread with a poll of my final choices
Thanks in advance!

they may be 1950's style, but they are sexy. I think they would look better on a car like mine where Im trying to go with a kinda retro look as mark said, but they wouldnt be my first choice on his(marks) car.
Mark I think the ruff wheels would look good, like really good, but I wouldnt go so far as to throw your current wheels away yet. How much do the ruffs weigh? Also there is the cost factor.
Ideally if weight isnt a big deal and neither is budget, Id say the ruffs just as they are, or maybe with a gray powder coat. You really dont have any chrome on the car to support them but you could always put the silver pinstripe back on you cowl stripes, I think that would look pretty sweet.

I love the salt flats but i have to agree...too old for the car.
have you thought about the CL-200S?...Intimidator style, seems like not a lot of people run em and i think theyd go perfect with your car!
btw- love your cars, same style/theme ill be going with!
AND WHERE DID YOU GET THE SPLITTER?...ITS AWESOME!

I don't know. I go in and out of really liking the TTII's painted charcoal but wouldn't do it again, just wanted something similar but different, hence the Salt Flats (no one has them, have to be special made).
If my car was red I'd do the Salt Flats in a heartbeat but maybe because of what you said... Being a 50's style wheel the red can kind of pull off a SoCal Speed Shop look and look good IMO...
Truth is I was leaning toward Ruff's when I posted this... I also had consulted your chart and figured black was out...

Those black ZO6's look good!!! If you go with the Ruff 278's powdercoat the center satin black or satin gray/silver maybe almost like your current Zo6's. I think that would look killa.

I like the RUFs. The salt flats are a great looking wheel, I just don't see them on your car though.
The RUF's are bitchin' though. If I had the money I'd love a set on my car. Leave them chrome or powdercoat the center gunmetal/charcoal, either way would look great.
