Sound system install
I currently have a camaro with 6 full range speakers, 2 tweeters, and 2 12's in a rear well box. I think these full range speakers are running off my aftermarket HU. I was planning to amp these speakers and change my subs to one stealth 10". My new setup would be:
HU: Blaupunkt (already have)
(already have) Speakers: kenwood 6 3/4" 3-ways, dual 6.5" 2-ways, blaupunkt 4" 2-ways
Tweeters: not sure of brand (already have)
Sub: re se10d2 in a stealth box (don't have and would like to know which stealth box it fits in)
Amps: Audiobahn a6601x- wired to 6 speakers at 75x6
PA OV2-1200 - sub wired in series to get 600x1 at 4ohms bridged
I would appreciate some input on my setup and how everything would be best wired

sell all of those speakers, purchase a nice set of 6.5" components for the front and power them with a ~100 watt amp, and then put in 1 or 2 10" subs in the hatch at around 800 watts and it will kick the *** of the sound you are getting from your current setup.
these cars don't need and waste so many resources with 6 speakers. 1 set of nice components don't even compare with any combination of regular speakers like you have.

I would run a set of components in front, coaxils in sail. kill the hatch speakers. do a nice 4 channel amp on the highs and a nice bass amp on the stealth box with that sub.
i have all alpine setup just as i described and love it.
type s components, type s coaxils, type r 10 in stealth box, mrpm500 and mrpf300 amps. all off an alpine 9886 h.u.

Before I make the mistake of buying the wrong one, could someone tell me which stealth boxes will fit the re se10? I see a lot of people running into trouble with the sub being too big. I will probably just check the classifieds here for the box.

Phoenix Gold RSD65C you mean? Dunno. Not a fan of PG, but a lot of people say they're good on the cheap. But a lot of people say a lot of things and I'm not buying it.
That SE10 willwork fine in a stealthbox air-volume wise. The mounting depth is specced at 6.4" which isn't too bad, but the magnet is kind of wide so I can't say for sure. Driver's side stealthboxes are .6 to .7 cuft internally, and RE recommends at least .4 for that driver, with the driver itself taking up about .15. So even if the box is .6, then .6-.15=.45 for a not completely optimal but still acceptable setup.

I have plenty of specials on nice components that will do well with what you have and will sound worlds better then anything you currently own. I can also set you up with a stealth box that will acommodate the SE10. I used to have 2 of them in dual stealth enclosures and it was way more then enough bass. A single one will be fine and will hit quite hard with the right amp.
PM me with a budget in mind and I will get you set up!

I purchased an Infinity REF475A to power my mids and highs, good choice? Another question is how much power RMS can the SE10 actually handle. Everywhere I have read says it handles more than 600 watts RMS but doesn't say how much. Would like to know if I decide to get a new amp.

That Infinity amp is a good amp.
That RE sub will handle every bit of 600 RMS, its just getting a TRUE 600 watts to it.
An AMAZING set of component speakers that is very well priced for what they are are Crossfire X6's. They are INCREDIBLE to say the least.
Your PA amp definately will not push it to its potential. I would suggest an Orion 800.1 or Soundstream TRX1000. Those are both very good amps for the price and WILL push it plenty, especially the Soundstream.
But if you REALLY want to boom, put that sub in a nice Professionally built and tuned ported box...
