I like my single ten a lot. The car is my weekend car/drag strip car. I also want to take it to cars shows/car contests every now and then. I don't need that big of a sub setup, just like I don't need 470hp and 470tq, but I like having it and want to keep tinkering with my car since it is my hobby.
What's up with your car? 470/470 and it's goind 11.40@120? Shouldn't that be 10.XXX

4 12s, wow, and I thought my single 10 in a ported box was loud.

I also weigh 260+ if that helps explain it any more.

I just want to know how this thread has got so off topic?

And, personally I think it's pretty lame when I have to listen to other people's music, because they have it so damn loud. Whenever I pull up to a stop light or stop sign, I turn my music down, so others don't have to hear it. But in all honesty, I really don't listen to it that loud to begin with, so, whatever.
Yes I do have a picture of my car drag racing. I just don't go to the track as much as I would like to anymore, and I had a a stereo setup before the supercharger and now was thinking about building a box for the 4 12's I have laying around and taking it to a few car shows, etc if I ever get the time.

keep it simple, run two 12's in the trunk and call it a day. It looks clean and you still have room if you ever need to put something in your car.

I'm about 260 as well! Also fully loaded WS-6 3800 lb monster. Dyno numbers were 400/375 but ran a little better than you. I would work on the car first before the stereo but just me.

I already have a 1400 watt mmats amp and the subs so all I would have to do is build a box. I am planning on forged pistons/rods along with 317 heads milled to around 70cc and upping the boost from 6-7psi to 14psi or more along with a 100-150 shot on top of it. I moved to kansas and my car is at my dads house in florida and I will be modding it this next april or may and then driving it up here and it will more than likely become a garage queen/weekend car.

I would leave my single 10" in the back before I did that. If you are going to spend the money on the subs and amp don't cheap out on the box. You broke/cut into the plastic pieces in the trunk just to fit 3 subs. No way in hell am I ruining any of my interior for some more bass. I like clean installs that look like stock or walls if you are going to do more than what will fit in the trunk. Like I said if I do it more than likely I will build a wall or get a wall built in the back seat.
