Default Power windows, radio, and windshield wipers dont work

I swapped a 5.3l into my 1995 z28 and just recently got the car running and driving. My power windows worked before the swap. Then the car sat being worked on for about 7 months. I sent my harness out to be converted to plug into my car. Then we get the thing together and the windows dont roll up or down. The windshield wipers dont work, and the radio doesnt work. The power locks and mirrors work, just not the windows, wipers or radio.

Any help and suggestions would be great!

A soldering iron will fix this. It's all in the stickies.

BCM solder issue:

Images appear to be missing from the first page of "The Fix" thread that Blu99T/A posted, but you can see a pic of the BCM and the affected solder points circled in the other thread above.

I just ran a small wire from the ignition fuse to some fuse in the panel by the dash and hid it
