Default Cheap HIDs

Does anyone know of the most reliable brand of the cheap ebay hids. I dont have a ton of spare money to buy a nice set. But all four of my cheap ebays hids have blown. I may just put halogen back in for now.

Personally I use JLM bulbs from Amazon in all my applications, I wouldn't use there ballast tho, same bulbs in same car with there ballast flicker, but switch to a good brand ballast and the color of the bulbs are better and NO flicker, I like there bulbs because its only like 16 bucks for a pair and my brother has been using them for like a year now and they work just fine, so if its just bulbs you need look them up, if you need ballast don't buy the cheap crap, make sure its a DIGITAL ballast and read reviews.

Is DDM terrible about their bulbs too, or just the kits? I've purchased 2 or 3 kits from DDM but that was before they took forever... Just needing some extra bulbs now and don't want to wait weeks to get them.
