might you consider some after market units after you exhaust your search.

Id also assume any NOS (new on shelf) units are likely dry rotted and ready to blow.

I'd like to retain stock amp... ( monsoon) i have an OEM monsoon deck with Blue tooth... The other 5 speakers sound awesome...

I think age is a lesser factor than how the speakers were used, and ambient storage conditions. I have a full spare set that I'm not interested in parting with, but I've kept them in ideal climate controlled conditions all these years and I bet they are just fine too.

After all that I did end up replacing the monsoon head unit though. I swore up and down I wasn't getting back into this stereo thing, but here I am.

If I ever exhaust my inventory of stock speakers, I could see getting a set from Kee. Folks really seem to like them. But the stock HU is staying put!
Since you have trouble with higher frequencies, you can pick up a pair of 6.5" coaxial speakers for the doors and leave the factory tweeters as well - they don't usually degrade, so they should be fine and it will give you extra treble up front. You can get a decent pair of coaxial speakers such as Kenwood, JVC, or Pioneer for under $30. Avoid the really cheap brands like Boss or Pyle.
For the sail panels, you can get a pair of Bazooka 6.5" subs from Kee Audio or elsewhere for around $100. These are the correct dual voice coil 4-ohm speakers that match the factory configuration and have been very popular around here for years as an upgrade from factory. You could also put another pair of coaxial speakers there, but frankly they'll sound like crap because of the way the Monsoon amp sends only low frequency signal to the sail panels.
Personally I wouldn't even bother with the hatch area speakers since they're there only for rear fill. But if you want to fix them as well, you can find 4" replacements quite cheap - this is one place where a $12 pair of Boss speakers would be acceptable. Again, leave the rear tweeters alone as they are probably fine. Bear in mind that whether you rebuild the factory hatch speakers or replace with aftermarket, you'll have to rig your own mounting because they are riveted in place from the factory.
I suspect you'll find that going this budget route will be less costly than rebuilding while actually providing a sound upgrade.
Anyway, will look into those options. Thank you very much.
FWIW, I agree with the Kee upgrade. I'd go that route too, and just leave the stock HU. I haven't seen a touchscreen that looks better than the stock HU in any 4th gen, IMO.
