I doubt there is room for a w6v2 but if there was it would put a hurtin on a W3. I really don't like the W3s but I love the W6s. We don't really sell many W3s anymore after hearing the Diamond CM3s and their price difference.

Everyone at our shop likes em better. They are at least the equal to the W3 in output and power handling but the price is much better. Output capability is so close that it makes no difference so we go for SQ.
They both hit pretty hard for a mid level sub.

If you are looking for something near the same price as a W3 then check out the M6s. I bet most retailers will be having good deals on these as MAP used to be $289 on them. They are a VERY nice sub for under $300.

Diamond Audio M6mkII subwoofers. They are now called D612D2 or D612D4.
They are a step up from the CM3 (now D3 series), handle 500-600w RMS and have smaller box requirements. I think they sound better too. I run those in my T/A with a 600w D3600.1 to each one and it reaqlly sounds great. Even better than my 2 Eclipse Aluminum series subs and the JL AUdio 500/1. Morer power is always nice though.

An Image Dynamics IDQ makes for a better Sub $300 woofer.
A Brahma makes for a better sub then all of th eabove for only $50 more.
Also worth mentioning are Peerless, eD, Adire, and Dayton MKIII

I'm also looking for a 10 inch sub for a stealth subthump box. Looking for tight defined bass since I listen to all types of music. Which would sound better. The Diamond Audio CM3 or Alpine SWR-1041D. I heard good things about the Alpine. Thanks.

The CM3 is pretty good. The alpine only so so.
Seriously, a IDQ sub in terms of SQ is 2nd to none.
An Adire Brahma will kill most any other comparable same sized woofer
A Peerless XLS woofer is also a good SQ woofer and has decent SPL capabilities
The Dayton MKIII's are good all around subs for the money.
