Default JL Audio stealthbox owners....

I have all JL Audio speakers, so I'm gonna get one of these bad boys.

I'm losing my big dual 10" box, and getting one of these 'cause I want my T-top storage back.

So how do you all like them, and how do they hit? It will be powered by about 400 watts of Alpine V12 power and have a cap on it as well.

Also, what did you pay for them?

Thanks!

Im selling a fiberglass one. More airspace then the plastic JL or MTX box.

I bought the JL box new back in '99 with a 10w3. It's fiber glass and cost $350. Sounds real good.

Yes they do fit fine, i keep a small towel in the back so i just throw it over the amp just in case when i hit bumps they dont barely sway and scratch but there is no clearance issue

Stealthboxes all have about .5-.6 cuft. of airspace. MTX thunderform, Vantage, subthump, JL audio, etc. All about the same thing and all sound about the same with the sub and amp combo making the difference. Mikes is a custom fabbed piece that extends further up into the area where the rear hatch speakers are. It doesn't quite raech that far up but it heads in that direction to gain more airspace. If I didn't already have two subthump enclosures I'd get one of his and do a nice 12 and call it a day.
