I wanted to submit my latest time slips before the ones from the last 3 weeks were added to the 'Corvette bolt on' list.
My car is a 2006 Corvette C6 automatic.
I ran a best of 11.70@120.79mph at Atco Raceway on 12/13/08 with the only mods being a Vararam CAI, thermostat, drag radials, skinnies and Cartek tuning/programming.
Raceweight was approximately 3390 pounds (with driver).
Here's the time slip breakdown:
60' - 1.789
1/8th mile - 7.603
1/8th MPH - 93.66
1/4 mile - 11.707
1/4 MPH - 120.79

honestly, I do not know what car it came out of... seller said it was in a vette and was a LS6 block but once I got it home the numbers say it is an LS1 block and has 241 heads on it. None of the bolts look touched except for the intake ones where I have changed to a LS6 intake. It did come with a non-EGR Vette intake on it. the only other bolt that I know that has been replaced is the crank pulley bolt when I put the UD pulley on it.
I did remove the A/C compressor from it since he said it was bad and I dont have any HVAC stuff in the car.
And the car is several MPH lower than the other cars, I surely do not think it is anything but stock....
What else you need?

Not to intentionally stir up stuff, but wasn't RUQWIKR's record achieved with a car that had a FAST 90 intake?
The stipulations at the bottom of our list here indicate only LS1/LS6 intake swaps are allowed.
Maybe I'm mistaken and Dave can jump in here and shed some light on this for us.

Yeah, I read that and my brain immediately assumed it meant only stock LSX intakes were allowed. Is that how everyone else reads it? I'm not necessarily wanting to remove Dave, that's not the point. He's been our competition for 5-6 years and I'm all for keeping him on, but to keep the integrity of the list, we would need to remove the LSX-intake-only criterion.
I'm in the planning-my-mods mode right now, and I need to know what it will take to get my M6 to the top, or at least near the top, of this list.
