Default g5x4 cam only dyno

My brother recently just dynoed his 01 ss m6 (funny we both drive one lol) anyways, heres his list of mods and remember all.... this is Arizona : shitty air, shitty gas, and heat for dayz.
G5X4 cam, Comp 921 springs/retainers, Rev pushrods, ProDyno true duals with XR-1s, QTP 1 7/8 long tubes, 85mm MAF, LG Motorsports 3 point STB, SFCs, Vbrace & DSL, PHR, LCAs, Random Tech T/A, Eibachs, KYB 8 ways, 4.11 gears, Meziere EWP, Pro Fab tubular K-member, stock ls6 intake, stock 28.8 injectors w/ 255 lph pump built tranny.
Car put down 426 rwhp and 382 rwtq(running a little rich to be on the safe side incase of bad gas, as i said shitty 91 octane gas )
Car was tuned by Nic00z28m6

*edit* at the time of the dyno he also had heavy *** zr1's all around with 315 dr's on the back

The air in february is not bad here. And, 92-93 octane gas and running 2* more timing won't get you but a couple more hp. I get so sick of hearing that.

Anyways, good numbers.

The reason these AZ guys complain about conditions here is because when it's 120* outside, it's hard to keep anything cool. With 91 octane and 120* weather, you can't run near as much timing, everything gets heat soaked and the car will pull timing out...these are things the Dynojet can't correct for. However, in February, this isn't a concern.

I'm not too sure what the DA is like there in Florida during the summer, but we rarely get below 4000' DA here during the summer, and often are in the 5000-6000' range.

were generally 20-30 rwhp below other states, I personally run 8 degrees less of timing then cars with similar combos... its not just bad gas, its the fact that were trapped in a worthless air valley with an average DA of 3000-5000 feet daily... THEN add our ether filled 91 octane that has the burning properties of 87 octane, THEN factor in our high temperatures!

Correction factors cant compensate for crap air and fuel... they do help out a lot in the summer though with the blistering temperatures!

Actually it is still a huge concern... I get yelled at by a few of my vendors for posting dyno results using cars with only 22-24 degrees of timing when the rest of the US runs 28-30 in similar combos... I just drove a car back from missouri last week and I will tell ya the car ran 10 times better there on 93 octane then it does here on 91 and the temps are very similar right now...

There's no reason you can't run 27-28* of timing on our gas here in a cam only car this time of year. I run 28-29* of timing in my cam only car with zero knock. I know most of the cam only cars here aren't running 22-24* of timing.
