Default torquer v.2 help

does anybody know what #'s should be scribed into a torquer v.2 cam?
i just bought a used one from a member on here and the only etching on it is "233/233".

i measured it with some calipers and the lift is correct around .595-.600. i have no way of measuring the other specs of the cam though and im wondering if anyone else bought one with the same numbers on it?

any input would be greatly appreciated, my budget is running low and im praying to god that this is the right cam!!

thats what im saying! its possible that they are based off a comp core at 233/233. i know private lable comp woud not put a comp label on it but this isnt making much sense to me.

i think your right, i dont think the v1 had nearly as much lift and from my calcultions i have between .585 and .598 on the intake and slightly more exhaust. im not sure what i have, the duration is close enough and the lift is fine but i have no idea of lobe sep, or lobe type?

TSP Torquer V2 are essentially a Comp Cam XER281HR spec'd a bit differently, should definitely be a 232/234 .595/.598 cam though.

I have the same cam but in a 113+3 LSA.

I got this from another thread: TSP Torquer V1 (233/233 .589" 112*)

For the price that was paid and the condition of the cam being off a few degrees isnt that bad. I'm more concerned about the lobe sep. That member still hasnt got back with me regarding a cam card or anything.

That is likely the TorquerV1....if you got a deal, I'd just go with it. It's still a nice camshaft and has similar lobe profiles to the V2.
