have you flycut the pistons ?I would go with the TFS 215cc cnc head, the the 13.5 valve angle will help with ptv clearence.

I have TFS/TEA massaged 220's but $$$$ no object look at Perfomance Induction... If I had the jack that would have been my choice.... Call Va. Speed they are a dealer.

You forgot AFR which is a top shelf too......

Texas Speed has had good results with their heads, but you can not argue with TFS 215 success..My vote is TFS 215..

RHS heads are prty good too. there mid flow numbers are great and thats wat u want think they might b a lil btr or less then trick flows but there cheaper and you can mill them to 37cc huge thickness very strong. i would say its one of the best heads if not the best head out thr for the money. you can take the 500 bucks you save and by smthing to make even more power.

With a MS4 the PRC heads can be setup about 60cc chambers & still clear p/v for the MS4. They will also include a good spring kit so you dont have to upgrade.

With the TFS heads you'll need a spring upgrade to run that lift & best case you can mill them to about 63-64cc.

Buying TFS heads from Vengeance gets the springs upgraded automatically.

TFS215 will make about 8-10 more hp than the TFS220 according to some here on LS1tech.

I bought the 220's and got the yella terra for less than the 215s and still made great power!

My vote is for as cast 220cc with a little work by TEA. Save a ton compared to 215 and make the same power.

dude go to your local speed shop or order these ford racing shims from jegs M-6529-A302. they work perfect and fit perfect...check out my thread hear.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...me-inside.html

all you need to get the tfs heads to work is .090 worth of shims under the stock rockers to correct geometry and in turn you need to measure for a longer pushrod. weather you go with a thicker pushrod is up to you. again check the thread and see how i did it. also get the trunion upgrade while you at it...not that hard to do with a vice and time time

well i already placed the order and paid. i was assuming they had them in stock. ive emailed them twice and they said they were still waiting on the pushrods to be finished.
