Callaway Slaps a Supercharger on the Camaro
The new 6th Generation Camaro is a wondrous piece of automotive design and engineering. It’s lighter than its predecessor, it’s more powerful, and it’s absolutely dominating the competition when it comes to handling and performance.
However, that hasn’t stopped many from attempting to build a better version of the Camaro. While, many will try and fail at this quest, we suspect Callaway and its new SC622 might be up to the task.
While the Camaro was released to the general public not too long ago, Callaway has been working with a prototype for quite some time, and now the company is ready to go public with their tuning package.
Thanks to a TVS sourced 2300 Supercharger, a new intercooler, cold-air intake, and a new exhaust, the Camaro’s horsepower gets bumped all the way up to 622 horsepower.
Callaway has stated that the new Camaro SC622 will start its pricing at $54,290, which isn’t that bad for all the horsepower and engineering you’re getting. We can’t wait to see one of these rolling down the road.
