Drifter Caleb Quanback takes you into the company’s Kentucky facility.

If you’ve ever bought anything from Holley, you should watch this video from drifter and BMX rider Caleb Quanback. In it, he visits Bowling Green, Kentucky, touring their production facility to see the people and processes behind Holley Performance Products. We don’t often see how performance parts get made, so this is a rare look at American manufacturing of speed parts.

Caleb gets a good look at how the company builds everything from exhaust systems to their flagship carburetors and EFI intakes. Since Holley also owns NOS, Earl’s, and other performance company names, you get a look at those processes. That includes a look at raw material becoming AN fittings for Earl’s. The facility’s back section also includes jigs for exhaust systems. These sit mocked-up on warehouse shelving, ready to become exhaust systems from Blackheart and Hooker.

The video captures how an enthusiast walking through the shop like Holley’s can find some amazing stuff. That includes a NASCAR throttle body, a wicked 8-71 supercharger, a nitrous intake manifold, and the entire carburetor-building process. There’s also Holley’s first automobile product: a restored 1903 Holley Motorette. That’s one of few remaining cars built by the company before they started building carbs for the Model T and for the Douglas DC-3.

Recently, Holley has been on top of the LS-swap game for some time and they continue to tailor products to that market. In addition to 11 different platform-specific swap kits, you can also score just about every kind of tuning part for the LS engine family from Holley. Caleb was visiting, specifically, to compile parts for the 408 LS Stroker build for his Nissan S14 drift car. If you’re curious, the company supplies LS-swap kits for both the S13 and S14 240SX.
