8.5 outlaw racing is generally pretty entertaining thanks to the smaller tires on the backs of these cars. Still, I don’t imagine Jason Ayers was banking on this much excitement. Everything starts innocuously enough. Both cars leap off the line, with the Mustang getting a little bit of wheel spin. Disaster strikes at about half track.
