Suck It Australia! Americans Are the Burnout Kings
Suck it Australia, we are the once again reigning world champions of destroying all tires! Last year, a group of Australian car enthusiasts got together at a racetrack and decided to break a world record, for most consecutive burnouts. The last record was 103 total cars lighting up their rear tires, which definitely makes this new record a monumental task.
In association with HotRod’s Power Tour, and the help of 114 tire-slaying hooligans, America is once again on the top heap of the burnout record. Now in the past, I’ve slayed quite a few tires, including this weekend, where I helped Tanner Foust slay some in his 900 horsepower nitrous fed LS7 Passat. But I honestly can’t imagine the amount of tire smoke 114 cars make all at once.
I’d say that after just watching this video, I’ve taken ten years off my life span. Imagine how little time the people that participated have left?
