I don’t know if this Lingenfelter Corvette commercial spot ran on television or just on the Internet, but this week’s Throwback video is a cool look at the highly tuned Corvettes the company has built over the past decade or so.

If there is one thing I’ve learned as an auto journalist, 90% of the population wouldn’t know what to do or how to handle anything over 300 horsepower, and that includes many of my peers.

Tell me what you remember of your grandmother? Or for those that still have their grandmothers with them, tell me what they are like? Sweet, kind, matronly women that bake cookies, give you pep talks, and are always there if you need them.
