You'll need an electronic flasher to solve the problem. Read on for more advanced activities, from there.
I also apparently have a ground issue. When i was putting the kit in, I wired both black wires from the modules to the same single ground wire that was originally there. That original ground wire ran from the existing wire harness to a post in the body of the car. Seemed like a good place. Perhaps both black wires can not be tied into the same ground wire? I don't know.
All the grounds should be able to be tied together. Instead of tying the modules to the body ground, I would also make sure they are tied into the electrical ground, also.
I did install a new EL12 flasher. I also changed ground locations.
So I removed the two modules, rewired them but switched sides. Now the passenger side is acting in the same manner as the driver side did before I reinstalled. This leads me to believe that perhaps I have one faulty module. What do you think?

I received a new module from WebElectrics and installed it. Everything is working well. So it was the module.
