Hey thanks. Yeah, they're not bad at all. I'll probably pick up a kit for my car. Thanks for the detailed writeup!

I went back to the stock flasher. I did this because I liked the stock sound (nothing wrong with new but i prefer old) and it looks better. Looks more like a continuous motion rather than 3 bulbs now. Will take a vid tonight.

I'd do this if it would only come on when you hit the brakes, dont like the turn signels like that

Wow! I want to do this SOO badly but as of October 13th, 2009, thundercat_electronixx is out of business and none of the sequential kits are on ebay. Anyone know what we should do now?

Hmm, I guess we'll have to find something. It looks to me like ninjai_ruken's setup flashes way slower than the OP's setup.

I'm a novice when it comes to wiring but isn't there a resistor or something we can wire into the harness so we can keep the stock little bulb on the outside? The 1157 bulb swap with the sealant and the duct tape is kinda geriatric.

wish there was a way to fix that.

Seen this and love it!!! Funny story I actually broke down and bought a 1970 cougar(which has sequential turn signals). Anywho, they are messed up and dont work right anymore. So I ordered a few parts magazines for it, and they have sequential turn signal relays, and electronic turn signal sequencers. Both are more expensive than the OP price, but im sure they would wire up with a little thinking. And depending on who makes the kit, some are faster and some are super slow. The old school replacement relays are way way slow. But i think they look the best. Im definately not all about the super fast sequential signals....just my $.02.

Actually you can wire it to have the lights sequence when you brake or just have the pulse.

Anyways i had a question. I ordered this same kit and then I went to autozone and got the third light socket for the outside bulbs. My question is i got it for a 3157 bulb. Can I use this socket with this kit? It has the same three wire connectors as the factory ones (ground wire/turnsig/brakelight) cant remember what bulb the factory light sockets use...... Can someone ans this question???? Thanks
