Well, Right now im just wanna get it together...

(As i had plans to wrap alot of pieces in CF, and some in leather)

So for now, im just gonna deal with the sound deadening and new carpet.

I wanna focus on getting my car running again. As im really angry i havent been able to drive it.

BUT it should be nice.

Well, I finally started, putting the wiring harness's back in.

I started with the chassis harness. I ran it through the fender. I havent started mounting the fuse boxes tho. This took me forever. Had to turn around every five minutes to keep the puppy inline.

Tomorrow im gonna finish running the wires, and them work on relocating the computer inside.

Pictures are hard to understand.

Sweet! I was going to run mine through the framerail, but that requires extending all of the wires.

Did you have to extend any wires?

Also, what size welder and wire did you use for the seams?

I dont have to extend wires towards the firewall.

but i will have to extend the wires that connect back to the engine harness.

also some other wires, yea..

I just use .035 flux core wire, from a cheapo Lincoln welder. Works well

Did you run the harness end that attaches to the firewall through the rail or did you disconnect the fuse box wires?

I am assuming you did the firewall end first.

Very nice work so far! This is an EVIL thread too. Just last weekend I started what will be a very long process of cleaning up and detailing my engine bay. I have a lot of plans but since this is my one and only car, progress will be painfully slow. This past weekend I painted a few small things just to kinda get my fix of progress. But my plans are probably about as involved as yours. Keep up the phenomenal work!

I had to pull apart the firewall connection, and i ran all those through the fender.

Thanks man, Ive been helping a friend with his Land Rover, so progress has once again been slowed. I have a BMW 750iL that i inherited, so i get to drive that. But i really miss my car.

Ya. I did it myself.

Its just a vinyl from the fabric store. Looks okay. There are some wrinkles, but it was my first wrapping.
