Where can I get Fuel Rail Covers?
I went to my local chevy dealer and they were unable to locate any fuel rail covers in their parts computer for either the F-body cars or the Vettes. I know... doesnt make sense.
Where can I get them online?

Try our offical GM parts sponsor, by clicking the botton on the right for SDPC >>>>>>>>>
Or try,www.gmpartsdirect.com
The part numbers are 12556455 & 12556261 for the genuine GM parts.
You could also try Fast Toys (our sponsor) for the custom covers. A little pricey but at least don't say "Corvette" on them.

Re: Where can I get Fuel Rail Covers?
THanks Xsta Z28 - I checked Fast toys and your right they are pricey. I also checked the gmpartsdirect and I think you might have given me the wrong part #'s
12556455 = Fuel Injection Hardware cover (1 piece)
for $18.39 (Sounds to cheap) without
any pictures avail, Im not sure this is
the two piece fuel rail covers.
12556261 = Heater $12.02 (hmmmmm)
Now I did a search for cover under corvette and found these:
12561502 = Fuel Injection Hardware Right Cover
$21.97. (This sounds about right to me)
12561503 = Fuel Injection Hardware Left Cover
$21.97
Im assumeing these must be the Fuel Rail Covers. And I guess they're the ones that have Corvette engraved. Which is no big deal, I can fill it in and paint'm if it'll save me money by doing it this way.
Can you or anyone verify that I am in deed looking at the right parts before I order them. Thanks. Oh, one other thing... Does it make a difference on the year of the Vette for covers on my 2002 Hawk?

Re: Where can I get Fuel Rail Covers?
HMMMM, may be that one number I put down is wrong. You need to make sure you get fuel rail covers for an older C5 Corvette, since the newer ones only have on fuel line slot, and we need two.
Here are new numbers I got from a differnt board.
12556455 + 12559261 Fuel rail covers Looks like I put in a "6" where it should be a "9"

RobIVPush33:
The PN's that XstaZ28 listed should be the FRCs cut for 2 fuel lines (The ones you want for an F-body). I think the PN's you found are the later ones that are cut for only one fuel line.

Re: Where can I get Fuel Rail Covers?
P/N 12559261 (97-98) LH Fuel Rail Cover $24.97 ea
P/N 12556455 (97-98) RH Fuel Rail Cover $24.97 ea
P/N 12561503 (99-02) LH Fuel Rail Cover $28.97 ea
P/N 12561502 (99-02) RH Fuel Rail Cover $28.97 ea
(These prices are discount)
BTW, The 97-98 LS1 uses different mount points for there fuel rail covers and there coil pack locations. Do to this change, 99 and later cars cannot use the 97-98 fuel rail covers or vice versa.

Re: Where can I get Fuel Rail Covers?
Which part numbers do you need?
Is it 12556455 & 12559261 and would these be suitable for a 2000 Camaro?
Finally, when did GM say they expect to get more in stock?
