Default Got my blingmaster today.. did a crude test with it.

I received my Blingmaster polish from St. Pete Auto Aids (sponsor here).. they had stupid fast shipping (only took 2 days from the day I ordered it).

Well I originally bought it for my new wheels that haven't showed up yet, but i decided to give it a quick crude test. Now keep in mind, this is NOT bare aluminum that I'm testing it on. I'm not sure what it is.. but it is in terrible and heavily corroded condition.

It literally took me less than two minutes to do this using the green stuff.

I did one test swipe down the left side, the right side is untouched here.

This is with one quick swipe around the whole plate.. using the supplied microfiber and green stuff polish. I have no doubt this will work EXCELLENT on something that is actually able to be polished.

I'm happy overall... once I have a little spare time I'll be doing some under-hood polishing

Lol I'm not using it on my car, it was the only metal thing laying around I could find. If I were going to use it I'd sand off whatever finish it has on it and then polish it. But at the end of the day, it's a $10 pot metal frame. The very very little amount of effort it took to remove the corrosion on this thing is what I was trying to show, not how nice this tag frame is

My car is a smoked tag cover with a chrome ring.

EDIT: And it must be the lighting or camera in the pics, it does look pretty rough, it has a great shine in person.

yah blingmaster is a great metal polish, but I use optimum's metal polish when I detail cars and I achieve great results with that product

That license frame is probably chromed and Blingmaster does a decent job on chrome... if you want more than a decent shine on polished aluminum, try Mothers BILLET.

I see the difference. I've had good results with the Bling polishes on CCW/iForged/HRE rims when detailing. It's always good to see the owner's face light up when you restore a deep glassy shine to their rims.

use the bling master stuff on your exhaust pieces. i use regular old aluminum polish on the t/a and it made the pipes look brand new after about two coats

That plate frame is probably chrome plated zinc.
