Just keep it simple and you'll be good. Maybe some matte black stripes

I have always thought about shaving the tab on the gas tank door. I have also wanted to remove the "Pontiac" on the driveside headlight lamp as well.

Your best bet, especially with a black car, is to do a gunmetal CETA and pay for extra coats of clear with wet sanding in between each coat. This will make your car look like a black mirror.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD..... Please don't shave anything. I did the key holes on my Camaro before I had it painted and the color activated under the body work and raised it around the hole. I have to live with a cracked area where my key holes were.

on a serious note this is what I think you should do: flat black ram air stripes (painted), !pontiac on d/s headlight lid, !side markers for sure...I have mine tinted black, but I regret not filling them in when I painted the car, don't fill in the pontiac in the rear bumper..I think it looks weird without it, have your tails tinted black at the shop w/ a mix of black pearl or just VHT when you get home, and that's about it for me.

Satin Black: Black Bird Stripes, CETA, Side Mirrors, Roof.

Basically a full CETA make over but using satin black since you're "murdering it out".

Otherwise I'd say DARK Charcoal Grey Black Bird and CETA and call it a day...
