I don't have any pics, but the way I installed mine was really easy. I just bent the ends of the resistor so they formed a loop on each end, and I was able to "plug" it into the airbag connector under the dash.

Hey, did anyone use the NRG hub adapter? If so did you have to modify it as well?

I just emailed them about this and here's what parts they said, it looks like they don't have that problem anymore. It looks like a different piece than what people have used in the past. Can someone confirm?

"You will need a vehicle specific short hub. For your Camaro you will need the SRK-170H
With this short hub you can use any of our Gen 1.0 to 3.0 quick releases. It just depends on the color/style that you prefer. "

Jaxcam02, I can tell you that I have an NRG wheel and bought one of the cheaper $35 adapters on Amazon and I had to shave down the internal ribs of column to make it fit. Also with that short hub, the horn button is too deep for it so you can't hook that up to work and the holes are the wrong offset to try an align the wheel. Mine, with my wheels straight kinda angles to the left about a 1/4" and the wheel is about 2" closer to the dash. Best bet would be to get the NRG adapter if you get one of their wheels, about $98 on Amazon...

Did you ever get yours installed? I'm looking for a hub/qr for a momo wheel and was thinking about going with the nrg hub/qr.

Might as well go aftermarket. It's too much work and money to try to keep an airbag wheel. I spent three years contemplating and researching viable airbag wheels and I just gave up and focused on getting the aftermarket wheel I wanted most.

Sorry if this was already asked but is there a way to keep the horn with an aftermarket wheel?
