They're definitely not Meguiar's. They use a totally different color scheme.

I forgot to ask this but I'm wondering if any of the following products have the ability to strip existing wax/sealant/glaze.

Meguiars Gold Class Wash
ONR (2nd formula) - Didn't think it does but figured I'd ask.

Reason being is I need to do some surface prep prior to my correction on my artic white trans am. Ideally, I'd take the car outside and give her a nice wash but I have well water at my house that I refuse to drink, let alone wash my car with!

If you are wanting to strip your finish of everything, a good wash with some Dawn dish washing liquid will work wonders.

Yea, I think that is ultimately what I'm going to need to do. I'd love to be able to pull the car out and wash her, but with my unfiltered well water... I'm not letting that touch my paint!

My brother in law keeps telling me to buy a deionizer filter that we could install on my water valve outside. He says the water would be medical grade clean. Any thoughts? I would obviously need to change the filter frequently as the water in my well tank is known to be hard water with above normal iron levels. Converting to a city water/sewer system would cost around 10 grand and I'm trying to save myself the hassle/money for that debacle.

It depends on which filter system that you buy as to the pros and cons, but know this. A lot of people quit using them after awhile because of the exorbitant cost of the filtering supplies.

Watch this video series. Ironically, it's called "From Clay to Wax".

525hp. I couldn't keep a rear end in it until Moser built me one rated at 1200fp. The rear end alone set me back $3100.00!

That's the Camino sitting next to it.

Not to be a dick but honestly you can find all of the answers in this thread. GoFast and Junkman have taken the time to answer the questions, so please take the time to read them over.

If you look on page 14 GoFast has a breakdown on what to buy for starting off. It also really depends on how much you are looking to spend. If you check that out and want something more or less just post up again.

Although this thread has a lot of pages, it's practically a detailing manual. Kudos to GoFast for starting it. There are places that charge for the amount of info that this thread provides.

JustinWS6- Didn't want to quote a pic but damn that hood reflects nice! Love the artic white, but I guess I'm a little biased. I'm planning a full correction on mine coming soon. Probably start a thread to show to transformation with big time shout outs/thanks going to Jeff and Junkman!
