The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time

If anyone is looking for a good tool to clean the inside of there rims with you can pick one of these microfiber wands up from autozone they are around 4 bucks. They work just as good as my other detailing brush from daytona
car is very clean excellent condition, however one big issue on front end.
under certain light be it flashlight or really bright sunlight the front bumper, hood and lights seem to be cover in white spots/specks.
only is apparent in certin light, will not clay or buff off.
almost looks like the primer is showing through the base, but odd thing is its not always noticable to the eye.
any ideas??thought it was bad water spotting, but no.
in the dark with a flashlight it looks like my car is turning white!!
this is not just cofined to a small area, its literally the whole front bumper and seems to fade back across the hood- literally every square inch is covered in tiny white hazy spots ,perhaps uv damage??
in bright sunlight the spots are highly noticable but in indirect light they cant be seen.
im positive ive original paint as my hood appears browner under flashlight than rest of car, heard this is fairly common.

main question is has anyone else got this problem,is it a general/common flaw,or something that damaged mine alone. have any of you guys heard of anything similer whilst detailing? most people wouldnt notice it,but im **** about it.
whole front bumper looks like this under flashlight, and in certain sunlight conditions, other times its unnoticable.
