Default what removes clear coat over spray from chrome rims??

hello all i just got my car back from the body shop and i have over spray on my brand new zo6 chrome rims, i told them, and they said theyd fix it but im sure it wond be done to my likeing what is safe to take off the over spray? i know brake cleaner dose but i want to see if there is something that takes it off quicker? and that is safer? thanks in advance for the replies.

Try using a claybar. It's safe and should take it all off as long as it's not really thick.

I had black and clearcoat paint on mine. I took it back to them and they removed it without damaging anything. He said the stuff was called "take-off" or something like that. I dont know where you would be able to get some though.

fingernail polish remover will take it right off it will get stick then it will come off the just clean them with some soap and water

fingernail polish remover wont harm the chrome?? goff off wont either? do you think that the goof off would work

most clay bars arent strong enough for something like that.. i wouldnt try fingernail polish remover or goo off either ... just take it back and let them fix it.. if they do such shitty work by overspraying onto the wheels then im sure theyre used to taking it off all the time.

nail polish didnt do a thing. hes gonna fix it anc buff and clay my whole car, ill post pics when i get her back.. thanks guys
