No use in posting pics of my car, I went from gm brown/black to 4 coats of real black and 4 shots of clear. A camera really doesn't show the difference to well. It stands out real well when parked next to a factory black car though. $2500.

and 93formto98ta. . . NICE!! I never liked the factory white color on fbods, Just way too flat looking. But that pearl looks great! I bet you get alot of "I know there's something different. . but not sure what" kind of responses. Great looking car.

Thanks, I do see alot of heads turn everywhere I go but don't get many comments from guys on here (ls1tech). Pics don't really do it justice. It's funny you say that "I know there's something different. . but not sure what" because that's what I expect people to say/think. I expect to have to tell people that it is diamond pearl but the first thing they always say is "OH, that's pearl white!". It really does stick out more in person. Thanks again.

Keep em coming... I am curious because I want to have my car repainted with some sort of flame job... Maybe like a flame that starts off pewter (color of my car) and reverse fades into a black tipped flame! Anyone up north in IL and know of a good place that is a good price... or what this might run me?

It included painting the door jams etc yes but not the engine bay. GMR is tending to that right now (sorry guys).
To badmother: make sure you get a great flame guy to do the paint. IMO it's very hard to pull off a good-looking flame job on these late model fbods.

2005 Toyota midnight blue pearl paid $3500. Full paint job and we shaved the holes that the front grill snaps into, so no more front plate. It's kinda hard to tell by the pics
