Some LT1 Bling Bling!!!
Here is a big project that I am working on. It is not close to done and the drivers side of the manifold is still black in some areas where the previous owner painted it. The passenger side is mostly done, but there are still some light swirl marks or a little pitting that I have to take care of. Otherwise, in a week or two this will be fully polished. And btw, this was done all by hand, maybe a little dremel and a little cordless drill, but 95% done by hand. Lets just say my fingers hurt soooooo bad.
Its worth it though.
Also, in the pics are what the UPS man brought yesterday. They are the Canton LT1 sheetmetal valve covers that I got from a non-sponsor. They are really nice and I wanted that sheetmetal look over chrome or polished. The welds are really nice. None of this stuff will be on the car for a while so please dont ask.

I started with 40 or 60, then 120, 220, 320, 600, 800 wet, 1000 wet, 1500 wet, and maybe 2000 wet. Then some Mothers billet polish and wala. After each grit you switch directions to get rid of the scratches from the earlier grit.

Do you have any pics of the inside of them? Looking to see if they have enough room for RRs. I called canton and they said they couldnt garantee that my crower 1.6s would fit.
