Just the facts everything is not black in white otherwise it would read 20% NO EXCEPTIONS.

Look I know VFN makes great hood. I did not know when I ordered the WS9 outlaw that it was so much taller than the ws6. Then I found out that there is just a regular size ws9 hood made. I did not cancel my order because of the wait, I canceled becuse I want the regular ws9 hood and VFN directed me to us exoctics since they can not produce the regular ws9 hood.
They said it's at their discretion and they decided to charge it. They have every single right to do that. They are backed up with orders so people placing and canceling orders just makes it worse for everyone.
You should have done at least some research to figture out what the hood was before you placed the order. It's not their fault you ordered a hood you really didn't want.
VFN has the best customer service our there period.

Yeah PC, I understand that! I was only letting 9formula4 know that he should make sure he knows exactly which hood he wants before orders.

You lucky SOB. If I didn't have to pay shipping the decision would be so much easier

Here's my hood. It needs more adjusting and some paint. I was quoted at $1200 yesterday. Thought it was a tad high, just wondering wat everyone else paid to have theirs sprayed and adjusted.

I got mine done for $516

Has anyone ever had the problem of the front corners of their hood not lining up and sticking up above the headlight corners instead of flush? Thats pretty much the only thing Ive had a problem with and its tolerable given the look of the hood being so amazing!

No, VFN cannot make any SLP replica's. They use SLP parts for their hoods, and in doing so, this means they cannot sell replica hoods or parts.

The SS hood they offer is a 3" and the ws6 hood is originally made by ASCD not SLP.

If they made the spoiler look a little different they could probably do something, but you would have to ask them.

Yeah this is common. You need to adjust the back of the hood, near your windshield. Also check the hood bumpers, located on your front bumper.

The hood bumper is all the way down and it was adjusted by a body shop and they said it was the best they could do

The hood actually doesnt touch in the front right bumper and if i push it down it looks fine but wont go down without pressure.
