Why Do They Call It "RAM AIR"?
it makes sense if the camaros said it(pictures below-looks similar to a ram head logo) -- but why is it that ws6 hoods say ram air on them? and what does the ram mean/stand for? and does the ws6 have the same design under the hood as camaros?

The option does little to promote a clean air source for the engine, however. Some of the early muscle cars had this feature so GM thought it was a good selling point. Like many other things, they were proved wrong and had to stop production so the Mustang could take over.

This actually gains more hp than trying to get your "ram air" to do anything special.

I believe robertbartsch was joking dude! The real reason was Air Ram just didn't sound right.
