WOT 2-3 shift wont go 4l80e tuning or trans?
I have a 02 T/A with the 80 swap and since getting it installed it will not shift 2-3 WOT until i let off the throttle. I have tried everything i can with the tune and have been working with Steve(Frost) on this. Could this be trans related? If so where to start trouble shooting?

What are you tuning it with?
If you're scanning using hptuners you can open the VCM tools, click the trans tab, put it in OD and shift it manually from the laptop by clicking 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th under A4 gear select.
Should eliminate anything tune related. In other words if it shifts normal by doing this, then the tune is messed up.
Doesn't sound like a trans mechanical problem, unless maybe it's vacuum modulated.

Whats the stall speed?
next time you log a run can you add the current gear PID.
It looks like either the trans is slipping or it has a high stall speed. Looking at this it would help to have the current gear pid to look at because the rpm vs gear vs mph looks weird. And thats calculating it on a seperate calculator, using your rear gear, trans ratio, and tire size shown.
If it's transmission slip then it could be mechanical.

well it is tune related. i zero'd out the MPH blocks in full throttle and got it to shift 2-3 WOT. I will post up the log when i get back from a few more runs. Now what could be the problem with the tune? Think it is from when HPTuners did the segment swap?

Not sure if this will help you or not.
I just did a few scans. I added the Trans Shift Mode PID by mistake, but I realized it tells you what table the trans shifted from. Whether it shifted off the WOT RPM table or the WOT Shift Speed table.
FYI- It references WOT on the PID, but uses Full Throttle on the tuning tables.
Maybe this might help.
