2015 Equus BASS770
IMO, if you haven't yet taken a look at the Equus BASS770 then google it and go to the Equus website; it worth the look!
FYI, it has a blend of 60's and 70's Muscle Car look combined with state of art technology of today. I'd call it a Muscle Car/Exotic Hybrid; its pricy as hell and a beautiful car, that any car lover would enjoy look at as much as I did.
Enjoy!

Yahoo just posted it, $250,000 geez: Ditching the '60s muscle car stigma of atrocious brakes, Equus opts for carbon ceramic matrix rotors by Brembo. GM's magnetic ride suspension comes equipped, too, promising a driving experience as smooth as Frank Sinatra. The engine, a 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 featuring 640 hp and 605 lb.-ft. of torque, is the LS9 from a Corvette ZR1, capable of dashing to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds and reaching a top speed of 200 mph, while routing said performance to the rear wheels via a six-speed, dual clutch manual transmission.

Everything about this car is glorious, except for the worst name ever. The might as well call it the Horse Fish-Number that doesn't correspond the anything.
Equus is whatever, not bad, but Hyundai beat them to the punch and their car is much better suited for it. It's a soft, luxury name. After that, where the hell does the Bass come from? Just why? IMO, keeping the name Equus, they should've named it something that at least is similar to a horse. Then the 770 makes no sense. It doesn't have 770hp, it's not 770 cu.in...it just doesn't fit.
Name this thing the Equus Stampede-640 and it would at least sound half as cool as it actually is.

250k? NO! It looks like someone took a 67ish Mustang, a 69ish Charger, melded the two, then dropped in a GM drive line. Seems overpriced by about $175,000. Cool car, but not nearly as cool as they think it is.

It's actually a ZR1 with the mustang fast back body. Then Ford said no, you can't use that body, so they added a charger front end and rear too I think. At least that's how the prototype went down.

And I agree on the car being hilariously overpriced, especially considering the cheap manufacturing techniques they use.

Yup. Can't disagree there.
The only thing I can say with absolute certainty is, I have no idea why anyone would build this thing, looking as it does and using a relatively standard type performance engine(nothing too exotic, but quite powerful) and then expect someone to pay as if it has a Ferrari engine under hood and handles like a ZO6 and has an interior as rich as a BMW M5. It just strikes me as if they simply don't want to sell any, period.
