Best Transmission fluid

Best Transmission fluid I have an 04 cts-v and just hit 44,500 miles I might be having some syncro issues i dont kno for sure. If I replaced the tranny fluid would that help the issue? and whats the best transmission fluid there is for my car?
And is there a good warrenty I can buy for my car that will cover all this ****?

I put B&G in my rear end, for the trans I just used to recomend GM dextron 3.
Some use syncromesh for the trans but I think its alittle to thick and wouldnt do good in cold weather with the small internal parts of the T56..

Well the trans fluid change is easy enough to do, so I would do that and also have the clutch fluid bled and changed. That would be the best start at tackling the problem.
