Here you go man. Straight from their site. They have a lightweight flywheel that looks to be a direct replacement for the dual mass.

i plan on replacing both but if i can use the ls1 flywheel i will. it seems crazy to spend that much on just a flywheel. i understand the light weight flywheels but a stock ls1 flywheel has to way less then the junk one thats in the V

The LS1 GTO flywheel (12554130 casting) is about 23.2 lbs. Expect to save 28-30 lbs of rotating weight with this combo.

Ive ran the centerforce dual friction in mine, and have had 3 friends use it.
Depending on your HP, they are great. If your going to stay under the 450-500 crank hp limit then you'll like it. You start testing it and the weights are known to break (all 3 of my friends broke theirs and got them replaced by Centerforce). I had mine on my 600rwhp turbo camaro and it actually held up for a while. It never broke... just burnt up.
But with the weak V rears, im sure the clutch will be fine.

i just got off the phone with centerforce. i asked what would be the best clutch with my mods but since im not using theyre V specific flywheel they wont recommend any clutch for me.
is the LS1 flywheel with the katech spacer a reliable setup or am i just causing myself more problam by trying to avoid the expensive flywheel? all listings for the spacer say 05-08. i assume this will work on the 04 also?
the only reason im trying this is because i have a free flywheel to use

Whatever clutch setup you decide on, make sure that (A) you use a DOT3-compatible high-temp fluid in the system and (B) the system is properly bled.
