Did the mightymouse mod only to end up with a truck hitting me :(
So me and deedub this morning worked all morning doing the mighty mouse mod and it looked great once it was done. Thanks for all the help mightymouse and deedub but then I am on my way home ready to take some pictures when out of no where a truck decides to turn as i am coming down the street. It was just too close and the V got wrecked! :crybaby::crybaby:
Thankfully insurance is covering the cost of the car because the other guy was at fault and my boss owns a body shop so hopefully within 2weeks - a month time I should be back out on the streets. It's true, you dont know what you have until you've lost it!
Does it look totaled to you?

oh f man. i'm so sorry.
airbags deploy?
since its the other guys insurance taking the hit you may WANT to have it totalled.
any valuable mods on it?
if so see about buying it back, removing the stuff, and then doing an e-bay sale for the rest.
its also possible that the insurance company let you take the car for a while to 'retrieve' some of your personal effects

This was $10,000 to fix. I reached 60% threshold and it was 75% to total it. My body shop adjust showed me another CTS that had been wrecked not as bad as yours and it was totalled. If its ends up being totalled, i'd let them. Then buy another. Use your pain&suffering money to add to it
Sorry to hear about your V though, i want some foglights like that!

Well see the problem with that location is it's really hard to replace the rear like that most of my damage is to the side panel which can be replaced pretty easy hopefully I'll know what's going to happen this week
