I am looking at Cams now for my next mod. What would be a good Cam to use? And with that mod, I will also be replacing the Rods, Values, Rocker Arms, and Springs. So any good advice for those will be nice as well.
As far a lift, duration, RPM Range and all that jazz for the Cam.
I want something that will give me a decent power increase, but not put take the MPG down the toilet.

I say give Steve at SNL a call. He will recommend a SNL cam or custom cam that works for your V. He did my cam package with springs, pushrods and all that good stuff. Hey, he may even give you a deal on a clutch if you do the cam. lol

You can leave the stock rocker arms, no need to replace them.
Stock are very strong.
As for valve hardware I went with patriot dual springs and thier pushrods.
Very safe.
Good luck Bro.

You should NOT look at a cam if your even thinking of boosting later down the road.
A good NA cam is completely different than a good Blower cam. Kinda need to make that decision before you venture down that road unless you like practicing on cam changes.
Also, pending which v generation we are talking about here, (I see in your sig yours is a V2)... But lets say its a V1
its the LS6... more lift is not doing to do squat for you, its all in the duration and ramp rates on the cam that make the power. Stock LS6 heads flow flatlines after .55 lift. - just happens to be just before stock LS6 valve spring limits. so if your running stock LS6 heads, no need to look at .6 lifts and then spending $$ on dual springs etc, there is no more increase in air to be had, so no more power.
In your case specifically, you need to look into flow numbers with the LS2 heads and see if they are going to restrict any higher lifts.
You can hit the 400 mark without a cam, but how much $$ do you want to rip through?
-Tune
-1 7/8 headers
-full exhaust
-Crank dampener
-electric water pump
-fast 92mm / 90mm
or option
-Billet flywheel, clutch change
= 400rwhp on a dynojet.
or just a cam...
but you want FI later.. cam is coming back out if you want to maximize efficiency of FI

i know the cam would come back out. its a pretty simple way to increase the power without a blower. i am very unsure if i will put one on there. all depends on what happens in my life over the years. like if have a 9 month life changer, i will not boost the V and more then likely not do any more major mods. but there is no way i would sell the car, i would sell my truck instead.
the blower is a few years a way (3 or 4) since it will run me right about 10 Gs or so to do everything i would want to do. which that much money would require a few years of saving. i know i could just leave the car stock and save and get done sooner, but where the fun in that.
Mods planned for the near future are (with in the next year or 2) are:
Stage 1: Cat Back, CAI, Shifter, and 160 T-Stat
Stage 2: Headers w/ HF Cats, Level 2 or 3 Clutch w/ LW Flywheel, and new rear axles
Stage 3: Intake, TB, and Cam
Stage 4: Breaks, water and oil pump
and if i decide to do it, Stage 5: Blower with Engine overhaul
