Here's the REAL Midnight Rider 2.0 = **19 pix**
Hey guys,
I took some cool pix of my car today, so here they are. I still intend to get some really good shots of the hood from the back side and from underneath. I just currently only have one waterbox installed, so I need to get the other one glued on this weekend. I will also try to post a review of the CF Heat Extractor at the same time as the other pix as well.
Any comments or criticisms are welcome. I am always looking for ways to improve my baby. And I know she's too high in the rear, I am going to get shorter springs to lower her another 1" or so.

Stepside,
It gets a ridiculous amount of attention. Earlier this summer, I had people taking pix of it in the fast food drive-thru line twice in one week. That can be kinda weird though.
Will do on the underhood pix. I just have to get the other water box on and I will take few more. The cool thing about the design is Specter Werkes made the water boxes so they have a flat Carbon Fiber insert piece that slides into the box and screws in, but if you take the screw out you can remove the insert and basically have open heat extractor/downforce generator vents for track days.

I used to have exterior tint film on them and that cut down the light output by like 25% which kinda sucked (the film was cheap and murky though). The clearcoat/paint mix is not too bad. I haven't driven at night with the current light setup, but I bet it will only cut down the light output by about 15%-20% which isn't a big deal for me. I almost never drive at night anyway. Obviously the HIDs are a bit brighter than they need to be from the factory anyway, so I bet even with the paint on them, they will shine brighter than my 2007 Trailblazer SS headlights (stock).

I want your Katech LS6 (400 rwHP would be music to my ears, I'm still 50 HP away from that...)
Thanks to you too, kind sir! Now I just wish my car was as fast as yours.

If I were going to do it all over again, I would have just done the matte black (would have been a lot cheaper), and then bought some pinstriping off of Ebay (the stuff I got is actually for motorcycle wheels). This will allow you to install whatever color of pinstripe you want. Then if you get sick of it, it would be easily changed/removed.

A friend of mine had a set of all black GT500kr wheels on his Cobra. We took a 1/8 red reflective pinstripe and did the border. Looked just metal flake red in the day and pretty sinister at night...I'll try and dig up some pics. I did the same but in blue on my old R1.

Nice bro! Identical to mine other than mine having no wing, sitting a little lower and being on powdercoated stockers instead of ccw's. I load pics of mine later. I get crazy attention too now since I did the front end like that...

They are sweet for performance, but not very good for the street if you do a lot of driving. I'm not even going to get 6000 miles and 2 track days out of them. They are loud on certain pavement and ride rough as well because of the extremely stiff sidewalls. But if you only drive the car occasionally, and want to go all out (or do HPDE or lapping days), they are a cool tire.

very nice looking car, as my friend kris would say.. " you need to lay frame to finish it off".
i wouldnt say go that low but maybe 1-2" just enough to hide the topsof the tire and it would be mean.
