Your post convinced me to buy their axle hop kit today, particularly after I couldnt get in touch with another company that sells (sold) delrin inserts for the subframe bushings.

I hate how much noise these bushings translate into the car. It makes the ride so much louder did you notice that? There is no happy medium.

I just noticed how old this post is.

Awesome we are glad to hear that you are happy with your BMR Suspension purchase!

I had both the BMR anti-wheel hop kit (AWK003) and Gforce anti-wheel hop axles on my personal 05 CTS-V and it worked very well in controlling 95% of the wheel hop. There were certain situations when it would still wheel hop but I bought the car to be a nice daily driven cruiser not to race it and with the terrible wheel hop problems these cars have I expected a little here and there. Also I noticed very little additional noise from the BMR anti-wheel hop kit and the ole lady drove it most of the time and I never got any complaints out of her so it couldn't have been too bad.

Are the cradle bushings poly as opposed to the stock rubber ones with the little plastic retainer looking piece?

Both of our anti-wheel hop kits work in conjunction with the factory cradle bushings. They use a combintation of poly urethane rings, aluminum rings, and steel cups to help stiffen the existing factory cradle bushings.

As far as I know I am not sure of anyone that makes a full replacement rear cradlee bushing for the CTS-Vs.

Oh ok... Makes sense. Seems like a worth while upgrade though if it stiffens things up back there. I don't have much of an issue with wheel hop with this rear but some firmer bushings back there would be nice.
