Default First one to break a Madman 9'' rear axle

So I decided to take the Twin V out for a ride on Sunday and snapped a 31 spline stub shaft in half. The good news is she is hooking good and making some BIG power. The bad news is it's time for a 35 spline upgrade. Here are some pictures of the carnage for your viewing pleasure.

Also what is your best 1/4 time? I'm waiting to hear someone with a V1 hit 10.9 or better!

No, Your not the first one

Been there done that one a long time ago, Actually that's exactly where mine broke , but I was able limp it home since I have a spool differential

Have to say though, Madman promptly supplied me with a set of revised stub axles when it happened , Have nothing but good things to say about madman on my dealings with him

Nope, The Twin-V is alive and well. I have been changing ALOT of things around on the car and it is finally running great. I was hoping to get her down the track before they close for the season but with this axle issue I will not be able to get a ET till next season.
