Default 2007 CTS-V Twin Turbo vids

TT-V meets 2013 GTR

TT-V vs 911 Turbo w/ X50 Package (gt3 engine)

High Speed Runs with 911 Turbo and Turbo Civics, SRT-4

Hot Chick goes drifting in TT-V

************************************************** ********

Build is simple at this stage:

gt35's (billet wheels) mounted off of stock manifolds next to tranny.

Dual waste gates dumped out the fenders.

dual e-cutouts after 18" DP, then through to stock mufflers, I can be as quite as stock or as loud as open DP.

Walbro 400

70# injectors

MSD 2step

LS7 CLutch

Billet Flywheel

AEM tru boost

AEM AFR

CAR IS STILL ONLY 80% TUNED

******

Rear end is still stock, I planned on getting the CS 8.8 within a few weeks of being on boost... 3000mi later it is still perfectly fine and I beat the **** out of it daily...

Have AEM met kit, but faulty controller... almost hydrolocked engine by staying on and dumping half gal of water in the engine, got real lucky there, AEM is being ****** about making things right..

WORK WAS DONE BY NICK EGGERS OF PEP PERFORMANCE IN AURORA

TUNING BY J&S PERFORMANCE AND TUNING

Sounds good... Walbro 400 in factory bucket? Engine internals? Boost pressure?

Pulling on that GTR is a good baseline for future tuning. Very impressive. Any pics of the install you can share?

Thanks man, nice to have an LS and be here

Gotta say I would take that 911 over the GTR any day. But perfectly content with the V over both.

Thanks!

I have about 4.75" of clearance on the turbos, the lowest part is the oil sump and lines which is about 3.75" I have had lowered cars all my life so its kind of second nature for me to be extremely careful. This still does better than most of the lowered rides I see, granted there is a much higher price to pay if things went horribly wrong.

Of course lowering it is out of the question now, but that's fine, I like the ride quality the way it is, especially the 2nd gear squat.

Very interested to know more about yours....

So you put a few cars on 2013 GTR on 7lbs but barely pull a car on a 530hp 03 cobra?

The cobra jumped before the 3rd honk, I still reeled him in like nothing, had to stop for traffic otherwise if we'd ran as long as I did with the GTR or 911 I would have had him about as bad. Pay attention Definitely pulled just as hard against the Cobra.

And what exactly are you calling BS on? You saying the GTR wasnt really racing or the cobra wasnt 530? Saw his dyno sheet, gtr clearly got on it and stayed on it...
