What did you do to your V today?

My engine builder was talking with magnuson about that. I haven't talked with him for a update. I'm curious what they come up with.

No doubt. I was just surprised at how obviously bad it was.
With all the discussion of possible engine mount sagging throwing drivetrain alignment off, the reputation of the UUC mounts going bad, and my own perception (perhaps real, perhaps not...) that I was getting more engine vibration on shut-down (much like with my failed stock mounts many moons ago), I figured it would be good to swap out the UUCs for some fresh new CS mounts. If the driver side UUC mount comes out looking/feeling as healthy as the passenger side one, well, I guess it'll turn out I was wrong.

They could probably get pushed outward a little more to get themy a tad lower. But idk if you would still be able to tilt up the steering wheel all of the way. They are right at the limit of using signals and wipers, and having full tilt.

I finally installed the CS transmission mount this weekend. Wish I had done that years ago. Huge improvement.
However, paired with the Azn shifter I've had for years it raised the trans up enough to cause interference with shift arm linkage due to the extended base of the shifter and the DS coupler bolts in 2nd and 4th gear.
Solution: I loosened the base plate under the shift boot and wedged some dense foam scrap material underneath to raise the shifter slightly and retightened. Clearance is minimal (paper thin) but it works better now.
