1st Gen Camaro Pics
I picked up this 69 Camaro a couple of weeks ago. Finally got a chance to clean it up some and shot a couple of pics. I've been looking for 1 in good shape for along time now. I first saw this 1 about a year and a half ago but the guy didn't want to sell it. I checked on it about every 3 or 4 months and we finally came to an agreement, I got it. Needs a little work but overall I'm very happy with it.

Skatin, my 69 is bone stock and I mean bone stock. It's slow compared to both of my 4th gens but once I get the exhaust on it I'm going to drive it that way for a while. I'm thinking about putting an HEI distributor on it real soon also.

They didn't have a "nose up" stance when stock. That is caused by the leaf springs sagging with time. This is why you typically find owners putting inflatable air shocks in the rear of these cars. lol
Stock stance would actually have the rear of that car sitting higher than shown. It will show as much tire as the front wheel opening is.
