LQ4/T56 into my 69 Camaro

Not to change the subject, but here is a little project I put together for my son. This was his Christmas gift this year. He is a great student, goes to Early College instead of high school, he has driven flawlessly for over a year and half, and has joined the National Guard. He was driving a 95 Nissan pickup with over 250,000 miles on it and never complained. You really can't ask for more than that.
This is what I started with:

And here is the end result:

Thank you! No sir, I am not an engineer! Don't cuss me like that, lol! I am a machinist by trade. I maintain 4 swiss CNC lathes including programming, setups, maintenance, repairs, etc. etc. blah blah blah. I have a couple of videos on YouTube and on this thread of the Camaro. If you search on YouTube for "69 Camaro LS 408 stroker" it should come up. If not search by my username, anthonylawrencesnow and it will.

Thanks Glenn and Stan! It means alot coming from two guys with some sweet *** cars!
Not to kill you with too many details, but here goes. I milled some 1"x3" steel I had lying around to fit into the stock multi-leaf perches. Notice the bevel, that was intentionally milled to allow me to run a wider block and avoid the inside radius in the perch. I replaced the alignment dowels on the leaf springs with a one piece bolt and discarded the original one with a spacer. The hole was a tight fit but nothing more than a little pressure from my hands to seat it.
[IMG][/IMG]
I used my new 1/2" u-bolts, sandwhiched everything together, welded the bolcks to the perches, shortened the u-bolts, added nylock nuts, and painted everything.
[IMG][/IMG]
Ok now for the big question, which wheels look the best on my car? Opinions are welcomed good or bad! The rallye wheels were my favorite but now they look tired. What do you think?

I know this has probably been covered, but I guess I just missed it. What kind of exhaust system did you go with? Headers?
Also, I saw that you ordered some pieces from Tanks, Inc. I have not ordered any fuel yet so I was considering them. What did you get and how is it thus far? I am planning on running a stock LS3 intake with stock C6 injectors and rail, but plans could change!

DUDE!! The wheels look killer!!! I knew you would eventually come around to 18". I am partial to the silver wheel on a LeMans blue car! It gives the "Argent silver" look to the car and kinda holds a bit of the old school color scheme. You will NOT regret it! I LOVE THE LOOK!!! Congrats!

I ordered Tanks Inc fuel injection tank with their hanger. I am using an Aeromotive 340 Stealth pump.
Sounds like a great combination you are setting up.

tony, this is some funny **** right there. we just had a test cell tech move up to one of the engineering groups, and I asked him how badly the other techs had razzed him. people think engineers have it made (and maybe we do), but we really get it bad from the guys who actually know what they're doing!

I have the American Thunder series Flowmaster 2-1/2" exhaust. 2 chamber 40 series mufflers that are 18 years old. I like the exhaust for the most part. The headers are 1-7/8" Dynatechs. I love these headers except for the fact they hang low. Excellent price!

My baby? She runs like a raped ape! Take a look at February's Camaro Performers magazine in the "Readers Ride" section!

Yeah Tone, I was originally going to go with the Mesh wheels, but was afraid that it would look too "Euro"... Well, you've proven me wrong! They look killer on your '69!
